Today we had a drain company out to snake the exterior drain in front of the garage doors. They were able to get the snake through, but weren't able to get it unclogged, as mud kept sealing back around the snake. They were going to send a water jet back to address the issue, but after a couple hours with a garden house we were able to get it unclogged and called off the water jet.

Tree guys were here today to remove diseased and damaged trees/stumps. They were very efficient and had everything done in less than a day.

Drywall moved from the kitchen to the dining room and upstairs.

Today the drywall hanger arrived to start hanging!

Today the drywall was delivered and staged. Workers arrive tommorow to start hanging.

Today furring strips were installed in the kitchen to prepare for drywall insulation.

Insulation continued in the walls today. We are using blown cellulose and bats where the walls are exposed.

The insulation crew arrived today. They started with closed cell foam in the exterior basement bathroom wall and open cell foam on the attic ceiling.

Work was completed on the back roof structure today. Next step is to get the roofer in to install the rubber roof.
