We repurposed the original front porch bead board and unused interior trim to create a wall treatment in the garage storage area. Above are progress photos from the project.

Tile work continued in the master shower.

Countertops arrive today - island top still needed more work so it will be back next week. The custom crown also started to go up in the kitchen.

I stopped by the workshop of the carpenter who is working on the carriage doors. He has one sanded down with the glass and beadboard out. He'll be back to get the others within the week. Debate is to paint or stain. He has some concern about how the stain will take.

The bench and floor were installed in the master shower today. The new doors went up in the basement on the electrical closet and entry to laundry room.

Dura-rock was put up and the shower pan was installed today.

Tile work continues in the upstairs bath.

The counter top crew arrived this morning. However, the sink cut out was 1/2 inch off and the island was cut too small. They will be back to reinstall the new tops...

Brick work continued on the retaining wall. The base was also set for the paver patio. One of the carriage doors was also removed and taken offsite to be refurbished. They will come back for the other three in the next couple weeks.

Landscapers planted the hemlocks long the north border today. After having the  electric line buried the new meter was finally installed today.
